The complete written walkthrough is available below. This space is ready for the Compazz how-to video as soon as the recording is published.

1

Map your store setup

An outlet represents one physical store or operating location. Start with the location you plan to use first, then note the checkout device and the people who need access.

  • Confirm the business and outlet name
  • Choose the main checkout device
  • List the staff members who will use Compazz
  • Assign one person to verify the initial setup
2

Prepare a small product catalogue

You do not need every item before testing checkout. Add a focused group of fast-moving products with clear names, selling prices, current quantities, and barcodes or SKUs where available.

3

Give your team the right access

Create individual staff access instead of sharing owner credentials. This keeps the audit trail useful and gives each person only the tools needed for their role.

4

Run a representative test sale

Use two or three products: one scanned item, one manually searched item, and one with a quantity greater than one. Complete payment and confirm the receipt, transaction record, and resulting stock quantities.

5

Review before serving customers

Correct any catalogue, price, stock, or staff-access issue you find. Repeat the same test until the complete flow is clean and easy for the cashier to repeat.

Compazz tip

Finish one outlet end to end before copying the process to additional locations.
