Compazz Partner Program Terms

The Compazz Partner Program is open to approved individuals and businesses in Nigeria. Joining is free. Applicants must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and complete the required partner onboarding.

Approval is not automatic. Compazz may approve, reject, suspend, or close a partner account where necessary to protect customers, the program, or the Compazz brand.

A qualified referral is a new Compazz business first introduced through your personal tracked link or through a manual lead that you register with the contact person's permission.

Tracked link attribution lasts for 120 days from the visitor's recorded click. A manual lead must be registered before Compazz is already in an active sales conversation with that business. If more than one partner claims the same business, the earliest valid record normally receives attribution.

Self referrals, duplicate leads, fake accounts, recycled customers, or referrals created without the contact person's permission do not qualify.

Commission is based on money successfully collected for an eligible first year annual Compazz subscription. Starter partners earn 20%. Partners with 5 paid referrals in a rolling 90 day period earn 25%. Partners with 10 paid referrals in a rolling 90 day period earn 30%.

Current annual plan examples are ₦149,000, ₦299,000, and ₦419,000. At a 20% rate, these produce rewards of ₦29,800, ₦59,800, and ₦83,800. At the highest 30% rate, a reward can reach ₦125,700. Compazz may update plan prices or commission rates with reasonable notice, but a reward already recorded in your ledger will keep its recorded rate unless it is reversed under these terms.

A reward remains pending for 30 days after the customer pays. This quality period allows Compazz to confirm the payment and resolve refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, or a cancelled subscription.

Cleared balances of at least ₦10,000 may be requested from the partner portal. Payouts are processed in Nigerian naira to a verified Nigerian bank account, normally in the next monthly payout run. Bank and payment provider delays may affect the arrival date.

Compazz may reverse a reward tied to a refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible payment. A paid reward later found to be invalid may be deducted from future earnings where permitted by law.

Partners may share approved Compazz information and their personal referral link. Partners must not make false claims, promise guaranteed business results, impersonate Compazz staff, alter Compazz pricing, collect subscription payments, send unlawful spam, bid on misleading brand advertising, or use Compazz intellectual property outside approved materials.

Partners are independent referrers. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, or authority to bind Compazz to an agreement.

Only share a person's business contact details after receiving permission to make the introduction. Use referral data only for the Compazz introduction and protect it from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Partner and lead information is handled under the Compazz Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection requirements. Compazz records consent, referral activity, reward status, and payout information to operate and audit the program.

You may stop participating at any time. Compazz may suspend or end participation for fraud, privacy violations, abusive conduct, misleading promotion, repeated low quality submissions, or material breach of these terms.

Valid cleared rewards recorded before termination remain payable, subject to fraud, refund, chargeback, and verification checks. Fraudulent or ineligible rewards are forfeited.
