A step-by-step visual guide on how to add patients, track refills, record vitals, and run HMO-linked checkouts.
Click "Add" in the top-right of the Patients panel. Fill in at minimum: full name and phone. Allergies, chronic conditions, and medications are optional but very useful for safety.
💡 Tip
Always search first before adding. Type the patient name or phone to avoid duplicate records.
Switch between "All Patients" and "Refills Due" tabs at the top of the patient list. The Refills Due tab shows patients whose medications need to be restocked soon.

💡 Tip
Make checking the Refills Due tab part of your morning routine. It takes 30 seconds and recovers lost refill revenue.
With a patient selected on the right panel, scroll down to "Record Vitals". Enter any readings you have. You do not need to fill all fields. Tap "Save Vitals".
