What happens after I request a demo?
We will contact you using the details you provide to arrange a 15-minute walkthrough. We will look at your store workflow and discuss setup, hardware and the plan that fits your outlets.
Can the desktop POS work without internet?
The desktop POS supports offline sales after the outlet has been set up online and its products and staff credentials have been downloaded. Some functions need an internet connection. The device, receipt printer and other hardware still need power.
Are patient records and refill reminders available offline?
Patient purchase history, dispensing records and refill follow-up workflows need an internet connection. Staff can record follow-up dates and review them as part of their pharmacy routine.
Does Compazz file my taxes?
No. Sales VAT reports can be exported for your accountant when the feature is enabled. They reflect the tax recorded on your sales; your accountant should check the records and local requirements before filing.
Do I have to buy anything to get a demo?
No. There is no commitment to purchase just to request a walkthrough. Outlet, staff and feature limits depend on your plan, and we will explain the current paid options during your demo.
